Amy Noblin

Managing Director

Amy has 25+ years of experience as a consumer investor, operator, brand builder and advisor. In addition to her role at Ridgeline, Amy is a Venture Partner with Springdale Ventures, a Founding Member of The Board and a Board Advisor to WooWoo, a London-based personal care brand. Most recently, she was the Chief Revenue Officer for Neighborhood Goods, a retail startup re-imagining physical retail for brands. Additionally, she served as a Board Member for Fortress Value Acquisition Corp. III, a Fortress SPAC. Prior to Neighborhood Goods, Amy was a Principal, Business Development at TSG Consumer Partners, a leading growth equity firm providing capital and partnership to some of the most innovative brands including REVOLVE, Planet Fitness, Corepower Yoga, Dutch Brothers, e.l.f. Cosmetics, IT Cosmetics, Backcountry, Duckhorn, and Vitaminwater. At TSG, Amy was focused on identifying and diligencing new investment opportunities globally, building the firm’s network of resources and brand building initiatives. Previously, Amy was an equity research analyst with roles at William Blair, Weeden & Co., Pali Capital, Banc of America Securities and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. In her role, Amy advised public and private consumer brands on brand strategy, brand development and value creation, worked on numerous initial public and secondary offerings and consulted institutional and hedge fund managers on their consumer portfolios. Prior to her sell-side career, Amy worked in the retail industry in buying and merchandising roles leading multi-million dollar businesses with Saks Fifth Avenue, Harold’s Stores and Neiman Marcus, where she graduated top of her recruiting class.
