Erich Tengelsen

Prior to Ridgeline, Erich was a founding partner of Chicago Trading Company (CTC) that specializes in exchange listed derivatives. During his 15 years he served as Co-CEO and guided the growth of the company from 8 employees to 325, with offices in Chicago, New York and London. His responsibilities included trading, risk management, human resources and managing senior technology personnel. Following CTC, Erich started The Tengelsen Family Foundation which focuses on inner-city education, childhood obesity, and mental health and wellness. Erich started Ridgeline Ventures in 2014.

Erich is passionate about spending as much time as possible in the outdoors. He loves to ski, scuba dive, and to compete in triathlons in his spare time.
